Ayla is a Pennsylvania State licensed speech-language pathologist. She received her Bachelor of Arts in Communication Sciences and Disorders with a minor in linguistics from Metropolitan State University of Denver. She completed her Master’s degree at Temple University.

Since 2021, Ayla has been working with young children, first in a private practice setting, then through Philadelphia County early intervention. Ayla is passionate about speech sound disorders, gestalt language processing, and early intervention.

Ayla has received advanced training in treatment of childhood apraxia of speech (CAS) through the Once Upon a Time Foundation. She has also taken specialized courses in treatment of speech sound disorders, gestalt language processing, and augmentative and alternative communication (AAC).

Ayla maintains her certificate of clinical competence from the American Speech-Language Association (ASHA).
